At Bryce Care Ltd we are constantly striving to provide and maintain the highest levels of quality 24 hour residential care to our service users who have learning disabilities and reside in our four care homes situated in the Dulias Valley.  Our work ethos is to have a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and stable staff team who will put the fun back into caring.

At Bryce Care we believe that it is our duty to provide the highest quality of care for our service users, through communications, understanding and enjoyment.  Where our service users can feel part of the community through integration and participation in local events both sporting and social.

Our service users have the right of choice, and independence to live life to the full by taking calculated risks and are happy and contented.

To date we have as a Company achieved 41 of the 41 standards laid out by the National Assembly and implemented by the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales.
