Dementia

This course is designed for those caring for service users with dementia. This course is designed to provide staff with an understanding of the most commonly found types of dementia. Delegates will consider the range of issues experienced by the service user. Delegates will develop their skills and gain knowledge in this topic, gain an insight in to common and challenging behaviours whilst exploring self-help care interventions and management techniques.

Ultimately, this course will enhance the quality of service delivered.
