Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
(Formerly Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene Level 1)
This course incorporates the fundamental food hygiene knowledge for all food handlers. Everyone who works with food, whatever their job title or responsibilities is legally required to complete this training of a defined syllabus. Knowledge is assessed by an objective test of 30 multiple choice questions.
Successful delegates are awarded a Certificate in Food
Safety in Catering.
This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
