At BCTS, our trainers make every effort to make learning as interesting and fun as possible. Our training is conducted in an informal but professional manner where learners feel relaxed and able to participate fully.

In addition to the care sector, we also deliver training to many other industries such as catering, shops, offices and factories.

All our courses can be tailored to meet the individual needs of your organisation.  Courses can be delivered in house, at set venues or at our training centre.
