Moving and Handling (NHS Passport)

This training course examines one of the most dangerous tasks that staff can undertake. More nurses and care staff suffer manual handling injuries each year than any other group of workers. Yet the moving of people is fundamental to the work of a care home.

This course will explain how service users can be handled safely in the most common situations with use of equipment.
