Health, Safety and Risk Assessment

This course will provide delegates with knowledge of the legal responsibilities that have in the workplace under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.  The management of Health & Safety at Work Regulation 1999 introduced assessments of risks in the workplace as a requirement in law.

Delegates will be able to identify the main hazards in their workplace and understand how the risks of injury and ill health can be minimised.  The course will enable delegates to manage the process of risk assessment and contribute to the overall safety of the organisation.
